The always-on practices
Presence, responsibility, diet and rhythm. No session and nothing to schedule: the conditions you live inside rather than the exercises you put in a calendar.
The stillness practices
Yoga, pranayama, meditation and prayer. Four disciplines you sit down for, all four working on the same instrument from a different direction.
Lucid dreaming & astral travel
One training at two depths. Level one is learning to notice you are dreaming; level two is projection, taught with tests you can grade yourself on.

The ground under everything: consciousness as the substrate, not a byproduct. Where modern theory and old revelation describe the same room through different doors.

- Donations are welcome and entirely voluntary. Giving keeps the work standing. It buys nothing. No giver receives anything a non-giver doesn't.
- No trackers, no ads, no email list you didn't ask for. Your questions stay between us.
- Test everything here against your own experience. Throw out whatever fails. That instruction is not decoration. It's the method.
Two ways this teaching travels. Published, like a book on a library shelf: take it, read it, interpret it as you need, act as you choose. That is yours, and you owe us nothing for it. Given in person, in a letter or a session, where we can see the person in front of us and give what they can actually carry — because a light too bright for the vessel blinds rather than enlightens. The shelf is open to anyone. The personal teaching is a conversation, not a gate.

Why you can trust what's on this site
Almost every spiritual teacher asks you to accept feeling as the only evidence. We hold a second standard beside it: verification. Where a claim can be tested, we test it. Where it can't, we say so plainly instead of dressing uncertainty up as certainty.
And when something fails, we say that too, because a method that always works is not a method. You are entitled to know the difference between what has been confirmed and what is still being tested, including in our own work.
Our personal practice stays personal. What we teach comes out of it; the practice itself is not for sale, not for content, and not for display.
